Already have drawings, planning permission, or building Regs?
We can give you a detailed, fixed price estimate on the drawings for your project and build exactly to your plans. Along the way we will keep you fully informed about your project so you know what’s happening and we will share any recommendations that we think could benefit you.
Design & Build Package
We, at Lowell James, use our years of experience to design your new home or extension working with you to figure out the best way to utilise your current home and garden space, to achieve what you want. This could be a side, rear or multi-story extension, an attic conversion or internal renovations!
You just need to tell us what you want, and we will work with our team of Architects and Engineers to help you every step of the way from your initial ideas to costs, design, construction, completion of your project, and attaining all required permits and permissions by your local council.
